Workmanship: Each item is handmade by one of three designers in the family.  Therefore, there might be variations from the item that is pictured.  Rest assured, you'll receive an item that it made with care and precision, but placement may vary.  Embrace the uniqueness that comes with handmade items- some items may have slight imperfections such as air bubbles, stray piece of glitter, etc.  

Quality:

We test each badge reel before adding our design.  Tests include making sure button snaps, clasps opens and closes, reel swivels, and that the cord pulls and retracts smoothly.  However, sometimes things happen during shipping.  We guarantee our items to be free of defects for 30 days (slight imperfections do not count as defects).

Shipping: We ship most items within 1-3 days.  If you've made a custom request, it may take 10-14 days to ship depending on the uniqueness of your request.  We ship via USPS first class mail with tracking number.  Shipping time is normally 5-7 days.  However, please allow up to 15 days due to delays with weather, state mandates, holidays, etc.  International shipping may take up to 30 days.
