Vintage & Unique Cast Iron Hand Held Tool of some sort.  It measures 9" long, weighs 15.6 Oz, and is unbranded.  The tip has a 3/8"-1/2" grooved channel for some reason.  It MAY have been modified, but could be original for all I know.  It's spring loaded and is whistle clean.  If you know kindly let me know and I'll change the description accordingly.  Add this What's It Tool to your collection today!
