This is a Premier Designs large pendant with original tag.  It is a rectangle with smaller enamel shapes and two rhinestones.  It appears to be brass but I'm not sure.  Colors are brown and olive green - earth tone colors.  It is approximately 2" x 1 1/2" not counting the top hook.
