Super cool and super old hat with lace hanging down. I believe this would be worn at a funeral. Some of the lace does have a hole in it in one section so please see photos. However the top is so cool with metallic french work on top. Its rare and old. Dont know much about it but I thought it was so cool. However not perfect so please see photos for condition but for its age not that bad.
