Shipping

We use Australia Post and where appropriate other courier companies as delivery.
Extra charge will be applicable if you require express postage.
Please allow up to 5 days for delivery, much less to most areas.
Items will not ship until payment had been received in full.
Come down to our warehouse and pick up you stock are welcome.
Customers are responsible to all returns of the delivery caused by invalid address or information given. additional charges (postage and service charge) my apply for re-delivery fee.

DOLLARS WAREHOUSE is not liable for any items lost or damaged during postage, after it has been dispatched from us. Most of our products are professionally packaged to minimise the risk of items being damaged during transit.
If a defective, damaged or item that is different from what you ordered has been received, a notification needs to be sent within 3 days from the date you received it. A picture of the damaged stock must be provided for damaged items during delivery.
Return Shipping: For defective item we will replace the item with a new one; however, we do not cover or reimburse the shipping cost for returning defective merchanise back to us. We will ship the replacement product to you at our cost, and use every good measure to unsure that the replacement order is processed quickly.
Refund will be only acceptable for the merchandise returned but not the shipping cost.
