This is a vintage item from 1980 - a 41 year old elastic Pac-Man belt with a Pac-Man belt buckle.  

The elastic belt is dry-rotted as one would expect but I have not pulled on it / stretched it out unnecessarily.  So I DO NOT recommend the belt for wearing but it is in good shape for display/collection.  The buckle is in nice shape.  The belt's cleanliness varies.  Some parts are a little dirty.  Please look at the pictures and send any questions.
