Payment
We only accept PayPal.
PayPal is the only online payment method we accept. Please make sure you have a valid/confirmed PayPal account prior bidding.
All payments should be received within 7 working days after auction has ended. Non-paying bidders will be reported to ebay. If you can not pay in time, please contact us.
Shipping
Normally, the item will arrive in 7-20 days. But sometimes it takes a little bit longer, goes to 20-25 days or more.
Item will be shipped out within 48 hours upon receipt of your cleared payment. We can not ship on Sundays and other public holidays.
International Buyers Please Note:
a) Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
b) Please check with your countrys customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
Please make sure your address in paypal is correct. we will only follow your address listed in the Paypal payment for the shipment. Combine shipment is not allowed. If you want to combine all the items together, you should still pay for all of the shipping, insurance and handling fee
Return & Refund
1.If this item is defective upon receipt, customer has up to 7 days from date of receipt for exchanging a new one.
2.Please note that all purchases must be returned within 14 days of purchase. NO return or exchange will be accepted after 14 days from the date of purchase. Include your name, address, item, daytime telephone, how you paid, and if you are requesting a refund or exchange.
3.Returned item has to be new, unworn ,unused,never mounted and in its original condition. Please understand that shipping and handling fee is not refundable. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs incurred shipping products back.
4.After getting the returned item, we will refund the customer at the item's price ( excluding the shipping costs to and fro ).
