Welcome to Evangeline Designs. We are a UK based business who have been making Personalised Frames / Decorative Frames and Christmas Decorations since 2017. We have a 100% feedback and pride ourselves on good customer service. We at Evangeline Designs are very approachable so if you need to ask any questions then please do so. We might not be able to respond straight away but we will always get back to you.
Our Photo Frames are made to order, promptly dispatched and personalised with any wording requested for any occasion. We can change ANY wording to suit your needs. We have picture frames which will fit photo size 6x4, 5x7, 8x6 and 10x8. All of which are available in Landscape or Portrait (personalised wording is added at personalisation box provided when making your order OR you can send via Ebay message.)
Our frames are made from wood with a glass front and strut back so you can hang or stand the frame. We use specialist long lasting Vinyl to personalise your product text.

How to order
1. Choose your frame and select the drop down options (size/position)
2. Leave personalisation requirements i.e : Top of frame, Bottom of frame, Left heart, Right heart and then follow through to checkout/payment.
3. REMEMBER TO SAVE YOUR MESSAGE!! Or we will not receive it. DON’T PANIC. If I notice that some information is missing I will send you a message asking for what I need but this may delay the postage of your item. It all depends on how quick you respond back to me.
Evangeline Designs offer a QUICK SERVICE. We produce and dispatch your order between 1-2 working days. (please bare in mind Royal Mail then need to get your products to you after we have produced it ) Our frames at Evangeline Designs are great for the last minute gifts!
If your item is ordered before 5pm THAT DAY AND PERSONALISED MESSAGE IS RECEIVED CORRECTLY we will post within 1-2 working Days (Monday-Friday) If your wording is not received or unclear we will message you promptly to keep your order on schedule. If Your order is placed on a Saturday or Sunday it will leave by the Monday at the latest Tuesday depending on amount of orders we have received. We work over the weekends if need be to keep all orders on schedule and keep to our quick service promise.
It is very important to us that our customers are happy. Please contact us ASAP before leaving unnecessary feedback. Any queries we will be happy to assist you.
We post all our items using 1st Class Royal Mail ( 1-2 day delivery ) and Royal Mail Special Delivery ( Next day delivery ), the choice is yours.
Please allow a few days for your item to arrive. Royal mail do not class items as being lost until 14 days from posting. Please make us aware if your item has not arrived within 7 days so we can log the delay.
During the Christmas period Royal Mail are extremely busy which may cause delays. This is out of our hands so please be patient with receiving your orders and take into consideration the timing of your order. If ordered very close to Christmas please consider using the special delivery option to guarantee your order is received.
