Please note. During normal use, some visual distortion may occur, this will be more visible on large surfaces, this is not a manufacturers error this is a inherited characteristic of the materials used, this the safest material for its intended use, on sensory aids in play areas.

Please also be mindful of where you are positioning your mirrors. As with all mirrored surfaces they can magnify the suns rays and therefore should be positioned away from combustible materials.

Whilst we take every precaution to ensure that our chalkboards are weather proofed, timber is still a natural product, and there fore may bend, bow or split, therefore Life expectancy cannot be guaranteed due to the unpredictability of weather conditions and timber reactions.

To help prolong the life and the colour vibrancy of your chalkboards we recommend that they are covered during the winter months or stored indoors, this would be recommended to do during the months of November - March whilst your garden is not in use. No chalkboards will be replaced if these care instructions are not followed.

all timbers used in the making of our chalkboards is natural and will bear natural makings such as knots, grain patterns and occasionally small ridges, and some of the paints and stains we use will not cover these.

There will be no refunds, replacements or exchanges made for these issues.

These include but not exclusive too, darker patches in paint work, grain patterns being visible under the paintwork, or visible knots of any kind.
