IMPORTANT NOTES:

The adhesive is on the back of the graphic (remove backing paper and affix) this does not stick from the front side of sticker

PREPARATION TO ENSURE ADHESIVENESS & LONGEVITY

Make sure to clean your surface with dry cloth/towel right before applying in order to make sure the wall, surface etc is totally free from dust etc
Make sure you apply the decals to a SMOOTH surface
Please ensure you let the graphic warm to room temperature before fitting
If fitting to a vehicle these do not last forever (approx 12 months) and will over time depending on weather conditions, washing etc deteriorate

* WE CANNOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH - THESE MUST NOT be applied to freshly painted surfaces
PLEASE ALLOW AT LEAST 3-4 WEEKS BEFORE APPLYING IF IT IS NEWLY DECORATED AS THE PAINT EMITS CHEMICALS THAT WILL CAUSE ADHESIVE TO FAIL IN TIME.

IF THE WALL IS PAINTED WITH GLOSS PAINT OR A WIPEABLE PAINT YOU WILL NEED TO APPLY A PVA SEALANT PRIOR TO INSTALLATION *

As we print these in-house we can usually print and despatch same day if the order is received prior to 10.00am  

Sturdy Strong Postal Tubes are Used for the Protection of Your Sticker During Delivery (this is also why the postal cost is more than just cost of delivery)

Hermes (3-5 working day delivery) is used as standard, or you can upgrade to an express delivery option from the drop down menu (excl. Saturday, Sunday & Bank Holidays)

Saturday & Sunday are not official working days but sometimes proofs are sent at the weekend, if however you have placed an order at the weekend or after 5.30pm Friday then please be advised not to worry if you haven't received contact as you will receive a proof Monday after the offices are open again

DAMAGE:

If when you receive your item it is damaged - please forward photographic evidence of the packaging and item immediately to our direct email so we can then instigate a claim with the relevant delivery company and supply a replacement if applicable.  Claims need to be processed within 48 hours so it is imperative that we are notified immediately.
