Vintage 60s 70s Premier Lokfast - 3 Leg Base for Snare Drum Stand - Stripped

The bottom screw has worn / stripped threads and doesn’t fasten tightly. (See last picture, I’m pointing to the stripped threads). Cosmetic pitting and rust. This came off a 1960’s 70’s era Lokfast snare drum stand. Please refer to the pictures which are considered a part of the description.
