Admiral of the Fleet Sir Henry Bradwardine Jackson [1855 1929] was a Royal Navy officer who began his military career in 1868 and served in the Anglo-Zulu War and World War I. He was a early pioneer of ship-to-ship wireless communications, was appointed Third Sea Lord, Controller of the Navy, and Chief of the Admiralty War Staff. During the first two years of the First World War 1914 - 1916 he served as the First Sea Lord. Listed for auction is the autograph of Admiral Henry Bradwardine Jackson signed on a card. The autograph is signed ''Autograph herewith as requested H.B. Jackson Admiral of the Fleet Dec 27, 1919'' in black fountain pen. The card measures 5.00 x 3.25 inches, it has trivial toning otherwise it is in fine condition. The autograph is authentic, rare to obtain and is a desirable example of this noted British Admiral and is ideal for display.
