Your monitor must support 15Ghz frequency, if it does not this cable will not work unless you use an up scaler.

Instead of the cable being soldered directly to the pin, a tube structure is used that creates a much stronger link by initially soldering the tube to the structure and then connecting the cable to it in the inside of the tube. 

The connection is so strong, as they say, you can hang and elephant from it.

Also, the audio cable is now thicker, stronger. But at times suppliers will change and so could the design of the female female jack pictured, for example plastic construction or metal.

To add to the construction, each link is covered with shrink tubing, twice, once per individual connection and one over all connections, all this to prevent any cross contact.

Yes it's over engineered, lets call it build quality.

Made to order, however, unless it's depleted by demand, at most times a keep a buffer of prebuilt stock, so dispatch is prompt.
