The Nazar Eye, more commonly known as the 'Evil Eye' is a good luck amulet, used to protect and ward away evil spirits. They are often seen around the middle east, especially in countries like Turkey where they are built into peoples homes, strung up on fences, hung in trees, or affixed to gates etc.
Made from glass, the eye will not tarnish outdoors, and it has a small hole so it can be used in many ways. It is ideal to loop onto some thread and hang in the car, or using a nail or screw to attach to anything you desire.
The eye measures approximately 13cm in diameter but this can vary slightly.
