It has a Black Base with a Greenish-Teal-Tinged Shimmery Finish.

This MAC Line was released in 2013, is discontinued, & Hard To Find.

Sold as a loose pure pigment from the Archie's Girls collection. 

Can be use wet or dry! A little goes a long way.
