Payment

Payment can be made preferrably by direct deposit to our bank account. We also accept Paypal, Credit Card, Personal cheque and money order.
Direct Deposit Banking Details: Bendigo Bank, Magnum Welders Pty Ltd, BSB 633000 Account #152973889. Please use Ebay ID or your last name as reference.

 

Shipping

All goods under 20kg will be sent via Australia Post with Tracking.
All goods over 20kg will be sent via Star Track Express couriers. Please ensure you have your home or business address on your listing (not PO box) and also a contact phone number so we can make your delivery as smooth as possible. Freight insurance is optional and can be added at checkout. It is strongly recommended to have freight insurance.  No responsibility can be claimed on us after dispatch if item is not fully insured all matters need to be taken up with the courier service.
All welders are thoroughly tested before shipment. After posting/freighting we will send a tracking number for your convenience.
Feel free to save on posting/freighting costs as local pick up is available from our warehouse. Please ring to confirm a time beforehand.

 

Terms of Sale

All sales will include a tax invoice complete with company name, address, contact phone numbers and ABN.
Please Note: your invoice will be in a clear envelope attached to the front or side of your goods.
Warranty period will be printed on invoice. All spare parts are readily available for our customers. We offer a *14 day money back guarantee less Postage and Handling charges (*conditions apply). Return post expenses are the responsibility of the buyer.
All our Welders & Plasma Cutters have a 2 year warranty on Parts and Labour.

Magnum Welders was established in 2007 as a family business servicing Australia with top quality welders and plasma cutters. We attend Agricultural Field Days in Victoria, South Australia, Tasmania, New South Wales and Queensland throughout the year so check our website for dates and locations.
Graeme has been a qualified welder working in the trade with 25+ years experience. He is available to answer any questions you might have about which welder is best for you and your job. We aim to provide our customers with the highest level of service right up to delivering them to your door in record time.
