This is a listing for a fan adapter that allows you to mount two 40x40x10mm fans where the two 30x30x10mm fans would normally go on most 1/8-1/10 dual 30mm fan motor mounts. This Fan Adapter allows you to run two slower 40mm fans to help reduce fan noise. While still suppling the motor with enough air flow for proper cooling. Or run two high speed 40mm fans for an extreme motor cooling improvement! 

This part has been re-designed for those wanting to use double stacked high speed fans. The original design had a height of 18.5mm. The re-designed one is now only 13.5mm high, for 5mm of added clearance under bodies and roll cages. The bottom is now ported to allow more airflow over the heatsink while also reducing static pressure. And should allow the venturi effect to occur with slower 4010 fans for increased cooling capacity of slower fans. (the last two photos show an original 18.5mm tall non-ported adapter behind a new 13.5mm tall ported adapter)

Includes one Ported Fan Adapter ONLY. Fans, motor, dual 30mm fan motor mount and hardware are NOT included. 

This Fan Adapter is designed to utilize the screws included with most dual 30mm fan motor mount screws and the screws included with most 40x40x10 fans on the market. The holes, used for mounting this Fan Adapter to the dual 30mm fan motor mount have a height of 10mm. So that the stock 14-15mm screws will work for mounting this Fan Adapter to most 1/8 and 1/10 dual 30mm fan motor mounts that are on the market. The 40mm fan mounting holes have a depth of 7mm. For most 14-15mm screws, that come with 40x40x10mm fans.
