This item has a large hologram stamp that reads, "Times Square 2000" in it with a picture of the ball in times square.

Additionally, the front has two cancelled stamps, one from December 31, 1999 Times Square 2000 Station and one from December 31, 2000 Times Square 2001 Station.  

Below the later 2000 cancellation it reads, "The "Real" Millennium".

This official Commemorative Cachet envelope measures 9-1/2" wide x 4-1/8" tall.
