Activation code for trackables
You can always get the activation code for your trackables directly from the manufacturer online. Enter the tracking code there and you will receive the activation code. Most codes can also be requested directly from groundspeak under "Lost Activation Code". You can find an overview of this in our web shop.
Shipment
We usually ship your packages within 24 hours. The goods are sent with DHL or Deutsche Post. After shipping you will receive an email with your DHL tracking number. Delivery times within Germany are usually 1-2 days. Within Europe approx. 2-7 days. 
The invoice
Invoice including statutory VAT. - You will receive the invoice by email.
Personalized Items
In addition to the shipping time of 1-2 days within Germany, we need an additional processing time of 2-4 days for personalized products such as car stickers, T-shirts, stamps.
