VINTAGE LIONEL 6-7509 KENTUCKY FRIED CHICKEN REEFER, 0/027, 1980, NEW:  Up for review is the Vintage Lionel 6-7509 Kentucky Fried Chicken Reefer. This reefer features metal wheels and the detail that is authentic with bright crisp markings. “Kentucky Fried Chicken” logo and Colonel Sanders drawing are on the sides of this reefer.  This piece is from 1981/82. The reefer was only removed from box for pictures. The original box is included and shows some wear including loose plastic window from age, moving and storage. See pictures for details. It has been packed away for over 35 years and now the reefer car is looking for a new home. This item is from our private collection.
