Rock-ola 1422, 1426, 1428 jukebox “THANK YOU” plastic replacement

This is an insert replacement for printing that has deteriorated on original glass dome that lights up when coin is inserted.  This plastic is put behind the circle dome. You do not remove the glass dome piece. Comes with retaining clip shown. We copied the printing as accurately as we could from an original glass.

The original glass lens is clear on the outside and on the inside was frosted or etched. The etched glass was silk screened with the red and black THANK YOU. The original THANK YOU is faded and missing on most jukeboxes. What is left can be washed off with paint thinner, acetone, lacquer thinner, etc. The glass will remain etched or bumpy on the flat inside. The replacement plastic is put up against it and the metal clip is put in after to hold the plastic in place. The plastic red and THANK YOU will show up through the etched glass when a credit is made. Because the glass dome is so thick, the red probably won't be visible until a credit is made.

1st photo shows the plastic lit up. 4th photo shows the glass dome that the replacement goes into (you do not remove the glass dome). Last photos show how the plastic looks like installed in a jukebox title board (title board and glass dome do not come with purchase).  You just place the plastic behind the glass and put the retaining clip in to hold the plastic in place.
