• Warranty for all Products - All products are sold as is with a 14 day warranty. This warranty will not be honored in case of damage or malfunction due to improper installation, misuse, neglect, unauthorized disassembly, alteration, etc.  All warranty claims with Hardcore Surplus will be subject to a replacement or refund by Hardcore Surplus. All warranty claims will be assigned an RMA number (return authorization) and an appropriate shipping label. Please do not ship back material back without notifying Hardcore Surplus first.

• Payment - All payments must be received within 3 days of auction end. All purchases using "Buy it Now" must be paid immediately after purchasing. Please check our core policy for items that require a core. We will send you a separate invoice for the core charge that is 100% refundable upon receipt of core. We only accept Paypal as a payment through eBay.

• Postage & Shipping - Postal charges are clearly shown within the auction listing. Please keep in mind that our postal charges include more than the price of a stamp and includes actual postage costs, packaging and handling. If you bid, you are deemed to have accepted the shipping charges quoted. Free Shipping only applies to the lower 48 Continental US states. We Do Not currently offer international shipping. • Money Back or Exchange - **For any return or exchange please contact us first!** In the event of a disagreement, Hardcore Surplus would like the opportunity to resolve any issues before proceeding with an eBay dispute.  If something is not correct, not what you expected, or damaged, please contact us. We will do everything in our power to correct the situation. All returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of the shipping date indicated on your sales receipt and must have an approved RMA form. After 30 days your order will be assumed satisfactory and claims of shipment errors or requests for returns exchanges will not be accepted. All item(s) may be returned/exchanged provided that the item(s) are returned in clean, unused, uninstalled, sellable condition. All returns are at the discretion of Hardcore Surplus.
