Shipping

We post every day of the week from Monday through to Friday.   Items are sent by FREE mail within the UK (1-2 days delivery) and by Airmail to the rest of the world. Delivery times vary from country to country. Within Europe it takes from 3-10 working days (it can be longer for Italy) to be delivered and for the rest of the world it takes between 5-14 working days to arrive.

If an item is found to be faulty or not as described we must receive the item back within 30 days of the purchase date with its original packaging.

We will either exchange or refund any faulty items.  We only offer exchanges once the item has been returned and tested.  Returns will be tested before any replacement or refund is issued. We do not offer ANY REFUNDS where an item has been damaged due to incorrect fitting.
