Replacement laser for the original FAT PS3 console. This is the single diode laser. It fits the very first PS3 with 4 USB ports at the front of the console.
The easiest way to tell what laser or drive you need is to look at your old blu ray drive on the underside. If the circuit board visible on the underside of the drivet hen this is the laser you need. If the board is not visible you need the 410a laser.
This will fit the following hard drive size FAT PS3 consoles:
60GB and some old 40gb models.
