Frame Size Guideline  – Please Read Carefully

How to Pick The Correct Picture Frame Size:

All sizes are given on the listing are the photo sizes, i.e. the size of the photo to fit inside the frame. 

The overall size of the frame and the viewing window will be different from the size given.

Our Frame sizes refer to the size of the area the picture will be placed in within the frame, not including the border of the frame itself.

The frames have a rebate of 8mm by 4mm, the internal depth of the frame is 8mm with a 4mm lip to hold the styrene, picture and backing board in place.

When a picture is placed inside the frame, approximately 10mm of your picture will be covered from all sides.

All our frames come with a shatterproof Perspex styrene sheet and MDF backing board with or without stand depending on frame size.

All our frames come with hanging hooks and frames sized up to 12x10 inches will come with a strut back/ kick stand and all larger sizes will come with wall hanging hooks/clips.

The styrene/ Perspex sheet is used for ease of transport and is lightweight and extremely safe for use in public places and kids rooms.

There is a protective film on both sides of the styrene sheet to protect from scratches/ damage in transit, once removed the sheet shall be clear as glass and also scratch free.

Returns:

"We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase and offer a 30 days return policy if you change your mind for any reason. Item must be returned unopened and in original packing. Please note customer will be liable for any return postage costs.

If in any case your item arrives damaged we require a photo as we need these for quality control purposes and to forward to courier services. In event a damaged item is received we will send out a replacement or issue a refund upon receipt of photo.
