Instruction for personalised address:

Your Name and Address can be on up to 6 lines, with a maximum of 25 letters (including Spaces) per line, anything above this may result in smaller text. 

For extra large and XXL labels, you can put up to 10 lines. 

For extra small labels, you can put up to 4 lines. 

Put the exact wording in the personalised message box, then in "Add Note to Seller" at checkout, specify how you want the address to be printed. 

Please put the personalised message in this format:

if over 6 lines (extra large and XXL labels), please put the remaining text in "Add Note to Seller" at checkout.

Labels will be printed in Bold Black Arial Font and Centred, unless you specify otherwise.

Recommended practices for applying self-adhesive sheet on a surface

1. Cleaning the surface: Clean and dry the surface before application to make sure it is not oily or dusty

2. Removing the backing paper: It is a good idea to mark out the area you want to apply with tape and stick the tape following the line.

3. Starting from one end of the sheet and gently pressing as you work your way down, to ensure that it is air tight in between the tape and the surface.

All the items will be checked and packed in good condition, and will be shipped via Royal Mail within 1 business day after receipt of payment.

Premium delivery is available via DPD Next Day delivery.

We adhere to the Distance Selling regulations which are as follows. If an item is received damaged please contact us by email and advise the damage. We may ask you to either return the item for a replacement in which case you will be reimbursed for the return postage cost, or ask you to provide a photograph of the damage via email. Once we have inspected the item a replacement will be sent to you at no cost to yourself.

If you change your mind, or the product is not suitable then you can return the item for a refund within 14 days (you must record the postage so that the item can be tracked), however you will be responsible for the costs involved in returning the item to us in good condition. This option is not available for certain items where an item cannot be re-sold as new - please contact us prior to returning an item to confirm it is acceptable Prior to any return please get in contact with us via e-mail, so we can help you quickly and efficiently. We answer all messages within 24 hours (Monday to Friday).

We can only refund or replace items we actually receive. All Returns are processed within 5 working days of receipt. Please ensure you include your eBay user ID, listing number and reason for return otherwise the refund will be delayed.
