If you wish to return your purchase please make a returns request via the Ebay Resolution Centre within 14 days of receiving your item. This can be done by clicking on the drop down menu to the right hand side of the purchased item and selecting "Return This Item." Further return instructions are given from there on.

Once I have accepted your request you should return the item to us as soon as possible. (please do not send your item until your request has been accepted).

With clothing you may try on items like you would in a shop, but items such as underwear and hosiery are not returnable if they have been removed from the packaging or worn. For all other items all we ask is that you leave the item / items in unopened packaging with any labels and tags on until you have decided to keep the item. I recommend that you send your return on a tracked delivery service and save your proof of postage as the goods will be your responsibility until received by us. If you would like to exchange an item for a different item, colour or size etc. Then you should return the original item and make a separate purchase. Items won by auction are not returnable. This does not affect your statutory rights.

PLEASE NOTE - If you receive an item damaged or the packaging ripped, please sign for it as DAMAGED. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the contact details provided are correct and someone is available at the premises to receive the parcel. Postage costs for returning the item are the buyer's responsibility unless the item was incorrectly described, incorrectly sent or faulty (all items are inspected prior to dispatch). In the unlikey event that the item is faulty on receipt, once received back with us, we will check and test the item and immediately issue a refund if the item is infact proven faulty. However in all cases please contact us first, we can then arrange the best course of action. We will cover the postage costs for a replacement item to be sent if required.

Refund of purchase price will be refunded by the same method as the payment was made. PLEASE NOTE- If you order through the Argos Click and Collect service (you will be sent a message through ebay telling you that your order has arrived at your preferred Argos store, Ebay will give you a collection number to take with you). If the buyer doesn’t collect the item after 7 days of it arriving at the Argos store, it will be returned to us and you’ll be issued a refund for the goods with the sending and returning postage and packaging charges deducted.
