Payment should be made within 24hrs of auction close or at time of BIN purchases. Be sure the ship to address is current and accurate. Not liable for mail misdirected, arriving late or damaged in transit.

Ships 24~48hrs after cleared payment, except weekends and holidays, unless otherwise stated. Any postal rate increases, travel times, delivery times are controlled by the respective postal carriers. Tracking #s (+ necessary insurance) provided on all packages unless unavailable. Combine shipping on timely multiple purchases! Buyer may add to cart or request invoice total prior to payment, if needed. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO may require additional postage contingent upon destination. Non US buyers responsible for any import duty, tax, fee -- as this is not included in shipping or item price.

Items described as clearly as possible. Items in some listings are brand new from theme party gift bags and mfr pkg may have mild sticker residue, shelf or storage wear. For Hot Wheels listings, some car pkg wear from store may include, but not limited to soft corners, top bend or slight stain. Seller not liable for working condition of any manufacturer installed batteries or unsupported software. Please note description & pictures to ensure u'r serious about bidding/buying. Terms may be amended without notice. For inquiries after purchase, kindly email concerns b4 panicking or leaving unjust feedback ratings. Order cancellations must be received prior to items being packed & shipped, due to same day processing on most buyers purchases. Requests received after items have shipped are unable 2b cancelled. If at any time an item is to be returned, new items must be unopened with the tags intact, all items are 2b unused, no exceptions. All shipping charges are non refundable. Return postage is buyer's responsibility, even on free ship items. If the purchased items included free ship, buyer's refund will be that of the purchase price Minus cost to initially ship order - unless there is seller error. My goal is 100% 5star positive feedback & reciprocal fairness, resulting in 100% :) :) .
