This is from a box of spares which came from an amusement supplier that I acquired and has been knocking around for a long time so there is very light scratching to the surface but the clips that hold it in place are present and as good as new with no sign this have been exposed to UV.

Now in the harsh office light I would say it is silver but I guess it is quite a subtle gold printing and I note on the reproductions the rear seems to be a "milled (star) finish" where as this is has a textured sand effect. 

As this is from redundant spares which I acquired  25-30 years ago I can only assume it is an original new spare.
