SHIPPING INFORMATION
All our orders will be shipped through reputed postal companies in next day except Saturday, Sunday and public/bank holidays. We use Royal Mail and other couriers for our orders depending on the weight and size of the parcel. You can check the estimated delivery date via your order in eBay. We can only control the dispatch date; once the parcel has been handed over to the postal or courier service we have no control over delivery times. It is not possible to change the delivery address once the order has been dispatched. If you are not available to accept your parcel, the carrier may leave it with a neighbor or in a safe location, if they think it is safe to do so.
