What am I purchasing?

·       You are purchasing a mail-in service for your Device micro USB charging /data sync port.

 

       What does Electronic Equipment Repair do with my Device? 

1.  We carefully open your Device and replace your micro USB/charging port.

 

2.  Once we have completed the charging port repair on your Device, we thoroughly test it, then we take it one step further and reinforce your charging port so it is less likely to break again.

 

3.  We then carefully package and ship your Device back to you.

 

      What if my Device needs a new port?

This is included in the price! There is no extra fee for a new port. 

 

  How long does it take to fix my Device?

·       We'll complete the charging port repair and will have your Device in the mail on its way to you within 24 hours upon receiving your Device (excluding Sundays and holidays).

 

         What's the exception?

The exception to shipping your Device back within 24 hours upon receiving it is if your Device has other problems. In that case we will contact you.

 

 

          When will Electronic Equipment Repair contact me?

We will be in contact with you if:

·       your eBay/Pay-Pal/return/shipped from addresses do not  match 

·       your Device is not repairable (most are)

·       your device has other problems

 

 

           Where do I ship my device for repair, and will you send me a shipping box?

          How do I ship my Device to Electronic Equipment Repair?

1.  Please put your e-bay user name in the box with your Device.

2.  The best way to ship your Device to us is priority Small box rate ($6.80) online.

3.  Make sure you package your Device properly, using bubble wrap, so it does not get broken.
