All items are processed with two-four day shipping and handling with emphasis on shipping out  as many orders within a  two-day shipping and handling time as possible. Our Ownly team does their best to ship items out ASAP, which means your item may be shipped within a 2-day handling time, but this is not guaranteed.

*Special shipping requests:  Combined shipping can be honored  by sending us a message prior to paying for your item so a note can be placed on  your order. If you require your order to be shipped out/arrive on a specific date please be sure to communicate with us via message so we can do our best to accommodate you. Please keep in mind that we are not responsible for the delivery of your items once it has arrived to your shipping carrier.

*Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

*Prices subject to change depending on package size and weight.

*We do not use the eBay global shipping program.

Return requests after 30 days will not be honored.

Return shipping paid for by buyer except in cases of misrepresented items.

Return requests should be placed by filling out the "Request a Return" form that can be found under the "More Actions" drop down menu for the specific item in your purchase history.

Please include detailed information on the reason for your return.

Refunds are processed and sent over within 2 days of the arrival of your returned item. We will not issue refunds before the arrival of your item.

*REFUNDS SENT WITHOUT OPENING A FORMAL eBAY RETURN REQUEST MAY RESULT IN A DELAY IN RECEIVING A REFUND. If you must return your item without the use of an eBay return label, please be sure to send the tracking number of your return package via eBay message so our team can manually track your return outside of the eBay system.

*INTERNATIONAL RETURNS: We, unfortunately, cannot provide return shipping labels for returns from international customers and neither can eBay. Buyers with an accepted return request should send us a message to discuss return shipping.

*Please note that not all original shipping costs are refunded to customers upon receiving their return. Original shipping costs are only refunded on a case by case basis in conjunction with eBay's Buyer's Remorse guidelines. 

Q. I don't see all the measurements I need in the description.

A. Additional measurements can be acquired upon request via eBay message. We do not guarantee that we will be able to acquire all additional measurements you may request.

Q. What type of Used/Pre-Owned condition are your items?

A.  It should be noted that Pre-Owned items may not appear new and may contain signs of wear. Ownly Luxury strives to provide top quality pieces for you to enjoy in very good condition. Very good condition may still include wear and tear. While some of our pre-owned items may have some defects, we do our best to take photos of any repairs needed or defects found and publish them to our listings. If you ever find an item on our page that looks excessively worn, this item is most likely of extremely high value. Return requests for the condition of pre-owned items will not be accepted.

Q. Do you offer combined shipping?

A. Yes. Buyers can send one combined payment for items purchased from us within a 3 day period. If you would like us to combine payments you must indicate this by either sending us an eBay message or requesting a total during your checkout. Please do not send payment prior to requesting a combined invoice or we will not be able to honor your request.

Q. How do I add insurance to my international shipping?

A. For items shipped internationally, shipping insurance is calculated based on the shipping cost and location the item is heading to. This is a cost that we do not pay for or assist you with.
