Cards and book are like new, unused, one corner of the book has a slight bump from being removed/replaced from the sleeve, see photos, but otherwise the spine is increased, and the book appears to be unread. The cards are pristine unused. The fold out guide got a slight tear in one corner, that was repaired with tape, also appears to have occurred when removing/replacing the fold out guide back into the sleeve.
