This repair service is to simply diagnose the problem with your iPod. Please back-up all music/media prior to shipping it to us for repairs. If you choose to move forward with any additional services, I will contact you through ebay with the additional cost. If you choose not to go through with the additional services, your device will be shipped back immediately. The inspection fees are non refundable.

What do you need to do?

(1) Purchase the ad through ebay. $14.95 (Non Refundable)

(2) We will send you the address to ship it to.

(3) We will diagnose your ipod and will contact you through ebay on additional repair cost.

(If you decide Not to repair we will send your ipod classic back to you.)

(4) You will be sent an invoice for the repair .

(5) Once you give us permission to repair we will start on your ipod Classic. (Usual will take 2-3 days)

(6) Once repair is completed we will test and certify your ipod classic. ( 1 day)

(7) Once certified we will ship the ipod back to you.

(8) We will contact you once you receive your ipod classic to make sure you are 100% satisfied.

If you are interested in trading your ipod in for a totally refurbished ipod classic please let us know.

Shipping:

Shipping on most items is Free and shipped in 1day within the lower 48 states. If that is ever not the case we will notify you by the posting. We appreciate our International Buyers…all fees and shipping charges will apply for you and will be shown at checkout. Please check shipping cost before ordering. Not all items are available to International Buyers. Sorry we cannot ship to PO Boxes and we cannot combine shipping.

Returns:

Returns accepted within first 30 days and in most cases shipping charges will apply and be the responsibility of the Buyer.

If you have an issue with the product please contact ipodznmore directly so we can resolve the issue quickly.

If for any reason a product becomes unavailable after you have ordered we will notify you immediately and refund you promptly.
