These Flannels/Felts/Dollhouse Rugs were given out in tobacco packages in the early 1900's. The larger items available were obtained by collecting and submitting the right amount of coupons to the company to get the bigger and nicer rugs via mail. Most of the flannels had no identification of where they were produced although a much smaller number had the above note stamped on the back by hand with an old style rubber stamp: these are rarer and more valuable than the larger majority.
