Full of jet black fibers, this non-waterproof, film typed mascara base gives thick, dense looking lashes. The product applies white so you can see exactly what you’re doing while you apply it, but dries to a semi-transparent finish so it won’t affect the look of your mascara. Washes off in warm water.
