There are three variation options in this listing, please pay close attention to which one you select! This listing is for *either* a set of 4 typewriter feet fitting a wide variety of Royal Standard Typewriters beginning with a change to the Royal 10 models in 1923, a full refurbishment kit of 4 feet and 4 chassis washers (I'm told these are actually called "Bottom Plate Cushions"), or just a set of 4 cushions (by special request--you should really change everything!). As far as I can tell, these will fit Royal Standard Typewriters variously called 10, H, KH, KHT, KHM, KMM, KMG, and possibly others, made between 1923 and the 1950's. Please refer carefully to the photos (and dimensions below) to be sure these fit your machine.

I apologize for the cost of these feet in advance, as you can see in the comparison photo they are substantially larger than other feet I have made, as are the washers. They use a lot of expensive TPE filament, and the kit takes over 10 hours to print, tying up my 3D printer for the entire day or night. I know that others sell cast or poured rubber versions of the feet for much less (but not the cushions to my knowledge), if you want to save money by all means go for that option. I'm striving for perfection here, with maximum reproduction authenticity, excellent grip, but using the latest materials and 3D printing technology that will hopefully make this the last foot replacement.

These feet were custom designed to refurbish my own 1934 Royal H-1674927 typewriter (see photos), and more recently my 1938 Royal Typewriter Model KHT2250663. The originals were squashed hard and flat, and had zero grip! The metal washers were bottomed out and would rest directly on the table--a huge damage hazard. I designed the replacements to have improved margin recessing that metal, for better furniture safety. As you can see in the photos, the "H" version is very deluxe and robust, it uses heavy metal bars to mount the feet and evenly distribute the heavy typewriter load, and those are cushioned between the bar and the machine by the "cushion" washers. I would say these are mandatory for the "H" models, and my originals were uselessly squished. Other Royal 10 machines generally use similar looking rectangular feet and metal washers, and I now believe that the fit is the same. My replacements are 39mm x 35mm x 15mm, and the metal washer is 24mm x 18mm x 7mm, all mounted with a 7.5mm diameter screw. If your Royal measures out like this, I think they will fit. *BUT*..not every machine uses the cushions.

Please message me with any questions, particularly if you have a different Royal Standard and are unsure about the fit, so we can figure things out. Please ignore other's marketing claims that 3D printed feet have no grip, or that their feet are more "professional". Look at my reviews, these are beautiful and amazing typewriter feet being bought by collectors and dealers alike, I'm regularly told my feet are the best.

Replacement of these parts is super simple, just a flat screwdriver and it one screw per foot, an easy upgrade.

I designed these to be nearly an identical replacement, but with the advantages of modern 3D printing technology we can engineer materials that were previously impossible. I printed with NinjaFlex TPE polymer (https://ninjatek.com/ninjaflex/), which is very strong (but a knife or scissors will cut it, just like rubber!), flexible, and pretty gripping on most surfaces. They are printed in Midnight Black (see photos). NinjaFlex has an 85A shore hardness, which is not natively as flexible as natural rubber, but I use clever structural design techniques to engineer effective flexibility and grip, but with the long term endurance and aesthetic shine of the synthetic polymer.

I designed these for my own typewriter as shown, and this is an experiment to see if it's worth my time to make some more for the community. Some people may prefer the original dull rubber look (and those are also likely being made and sold), but I actually think these are a superior look to rubber, and the glossy finish better complements the machine. I also think these will last far longer than natural rubber without compressing or falling apart. Whatever you do, don't consider generic "TPU", which is typically 95A Shore hardness and will not grip at all. Don't listen to people claiming you need lower Shore hardness, they don't understand the engineering facts, the Shore number actually measures how weak the material is to being punctured, nothing more! My feet have excellent flexibility and grip, and greater strength.

Compatibility Info: Your responsibility, please don't order unless you checked! As far as I can tell, this should fit most Royal Standard machines from 1923 through the 1950's with feet resembling my photos and dimensions., so long as they look like my photos, match the dimensions above, and mount with the metal clip/bracket  and screw assembly as shown. There are earlier Royal 10's with round feet, these will not work for that.

YOU MUST HAVE YOUR ORIGINAL HARDWARE TO INSTALL THESE, THEY ARE NOT INCLUDED.

PS: Ebay's volume discount display is a bit confusing, each purchase is a SET OF FOUR feet, cushions, or kits), so picking "1" is one set of 4; "2" is 2 sets of 4 (8), etc. You get one set as described only, everything else pictured such as typewriter and metal hardware is NOT INCLUDED (you need to save your original hardware!).
