Pretty napkin holder in white with an iridescent finish. It looks like it is made of beads, ribbon, rhinestones and pearls. The bottom has a silver sticker that says made in Italy with a B. There is also a gold metal label on the front of the dish with the maker name but I can't make it out.
There is red felt on the bottom to protect the table surface.
2 rhinestones are missing on the bow and there are some cracks in the resin where the napkins sit.
4 1/4 inches long, 3 1/4 inches tall, 3 inches wide, and 1 pound 6 ounces in weight.
