Genuine US Marine Corps OKC-3S Bayonet/Combat Knife original finish and factory edge on blade Important: These are genuine OKC-3S, have the hot stamped "OKC 3S Ontario Knife Co" and "Combat USMC" on the metal tang just under the handguard, see photos and illustration. The commercial repros and the import fake counterfeits have "etched", "screen printed" or "painted" lettering and are missing "USMC" so keep your eye on the details if that's important to you.

Sadly the Ontario Knife Company's Franklin NY factory was closed and employees laid off in July 2023. 120 years of production in the USA for our military and civilian market gone. The Ontario Marine Bayonet knife features an 8" clip point blade made of proprietary carbon steel with a Rockwell hardness of 53-58. The blade dimensions are approximately .200 inches thick and 1 3/8" wide, with a 1 3/4" Serration section, sharpened top swedge, and non-reflective black phosphate coat. The brown Dynaflex rubber handle is ergonomically grooved to reduce hand fatigue, with a positioning access point for quick redirect of the blade position in reduced visibility situations. The handle has an oval indentation with USMC on one side, and the Marine Corps logo on the other. Overall length of the Marine Bayonet knife is 13 1/4", weight is 1.4 pounds.
