Sprouted Chia & Flax Seed Powder 

Milling seeds such as chia and flax is extremely difficult. Our proprietary milling process finely slices the chia and flax seeds without crushing them or forcing them through a mesh or sieve. This minimizes oxidation and the degradation of nutrients. The end result is a perfectly milled, uniform powder that is shelf stable with a broad range of applications. 

Sprouted Organic Chia & Flax Powder is a combination of both sprouted chia and sprouted flax seeds. It is a source of Fiber and provides 3 grams of Omega-3 per 15 gram serving. These activated sprouted seeds deliver more nutrients per gram when compared to any other regular chia or flax seed product. They contain protein, essential vitamins and minerals and an impressive host of antioxidants. The sprouting process improves digestibility and allows for greater absorption of nutrients. Enzyme inhibitors are eliminated and anti-nutritive compounds such as phytic acid are reduced.
