HP STREAM NOTBOOK PC 11. This is pre-owned and it sold as parts only It has scratches, and the battery does not hold a charge.  It has Windows 10 on it and it needs to be updated. It powers on and works but because the battery doesn't hold a charge, I am listing it as parts only
