A most gorgeous period pattern that celebrates French farm life, agriculture, garden, bounty and harvest. Extremely beautiful palette of primarily rose, lavender, bordeaux/wine, yellow/mustard/ochre and gray on an off white/soft cream ground. This is slightly heavier but not overly heavy linen, finer. Slightly heavier than quilting weight in a mid-larger scale. A very refined quality textile & a fairly rare in earlier linen. Circa 1900.
Outstanding used for home pieces; pillows, windows, lamps as well as unique clothing elements, historical clothing/bodices, millinery and bags/reticules. Would work very well in decorative period light upholstery and artisan pieces such as covered boxes etc..Excellent added to a collection as well.
**Very nice condition, again appears unused. Overall clean with just a hint of patina from many years of storage. In very good order to work with.

I do not always launder them nor do I know all their history, how they have been stored over time etc.. I have a 30+ year long & extensive knowledge of textiles and gauge age ranges; fiber content etc.. to the best of my ability.
