Returns must be sent back to us within 30 days of receiving your order. Some restrictions do apply. Please read the following restrictions carefully: We are not able to accept inflatables, hosiery, makeup, wigs or other intimate/personal items for exchange or refund once the packaging has been opened or there is evidence of package tampering.
Important: please note that the customer is responsible for any postage charges required for the return of products be it for a refund or exchange.
All returned items must be new, clean and in an unworn condition with all tags attached and be in their original, intact packaging. We cannot accept for exchange or give refunds for items that have been worn, washed, damaged or that have been in any way soiled or smell of cigarette smoke. Nor can products be accepted for return or exchange where the packaging has been badly damaged or is missing. Please take care not to soil items with make-up and spray tans when trying products on.
