Customer satisfaction is our highest priority. We offers a hassle free return polity for items covered under our warranty. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please CONTACT US prior to leaving harmful or negative feedback. We cannot correct an issue we do not know about. Note: · After the warranty period has passed, we will not extend exchange privileges or refunds. NO EXCEPTIONS! · Batteries are not covered under our warranty. · Item’s which are damaged, misused/abused by customer are not covered under our warranty. · Items being sold AS-IS or items sold "For Parts or Not Working" are not covered by our warranty. · We are not responsible for a buyer's inability or lack of expertise to repair or test items that are sold AS-IS. · Returned items have to be in the same condition you received it. (ship insured, pack at least as carefully as we do). We are not responsible for items that are damaged during shipment or misused/abused by the customer/carrier.
Purchased items are shipped using the carrier service selected by the buyer. We standard use TNT (postal services) shipping company, because UPS cost 3-5 times more. Allow 1-2 weeks for delivery.
We ship within 1-2 day after payment is received. Customizing items such as stools and chair or large packages adds additional handling time. Note: · All freight shipments are handled by a third party carrier service and are subject to that party's specifications and guidelines. · Damage because of shipping the article is at the full risk of the buyer and any insurance claims (when applicable) will have to be made by the buyer. International Buyers Note: · Buyer is responsible for import duties, taxes, and any additional charges. These fees are not included in the purchase price. Please check with your country's customs office to determine these costs prior to bidding/purchasing. · International Buyers may experience longer shipping times due to customs-related delays.

Local pickups are welcome but must be pre-approved via email message or by phone.
