SHIPPING:
FEDEX/UPS GROUND IS FOR the 48 STATES ONLY. They do NOT deliver to PO or APO Boxes. YOU MUST CHOOSE USPS for PO and APO boxes and also for AK, HI, PR and ALL US Territories IF available, otherwise the auction is for the 48 states ONLY with physical address.
Handling time is 1-3 business day. Shipping is usually processed same day and depending on time, picked up/dropped off at designated shipper by the next business day. Note that weekends and holidays are not business days, therefore items purchased on Saturday, Sunday or a holiday will be shipped on the next business day. If the buyer chooses to cancel the order after it is on the way for delivery, the buyer will be responsible for ALL the shipping charges and costs/restocking fee. ANY shipments returned due to incorrect/invalid/insufficent address, re-shipping fees will be issued to reship your item with the CORRECT address or a refund minus original shipping costs and 20% restocking fee will apply.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS. The buyer is responsible to determine the fitment of the item purchased. Please see donor vehicle information above or VIN/Build tag information in pictures for cross referencing purposes. Final fitment is up to the purchaser. We do not know what other years and models these parts fit, please don't ask.
Larger/heavy items ship FEDEX or UPS GROUND, or USPS Flat rate when applicable. Smaller items ship 1st class, uninsured unless insurance is request OR Priority Mail that includes 50.00 coverage, with additional coverage available. USED Electrical items (sensors/clusters/ECMs etc.)that are stated to be a NO DOA (NO DEAD ON ARRIVAL) have a warranty and have been tested prior to removal unless otherwise noted as not tested. The warranty covers it working once installed. ASE certified installation and proof/receipt needed if any claim is made for an electrical item not working. ANY flaws or portions not tested (ie. Cruise control or Speedometers in cases like: bad transmission, suspension damage) will be NOTED and item not covered under the NO DOA warranty and sold as Parts. Working items may be listed as for parts or not working only to reduce returns for invalid reasons. the auction will state if the parts(s) are in working or non-working conditions. NO DOA falls under working item otherwise parts should be considered "For Parts or repair" and may need Dealer/Mechanic reprogramming and/or diagnostic support for correct functionality. We sell used car and truck parts, buyer assumes all responsibility for final fitment and proper diagnosis and placement. Due to high package theft from customers/buyers properties, once delivery is made to your PayPal/eBay valid and approved address, the carrier and I are no longer responsible for the item(s). No claim for non-receipt will be honored once tracking shows it was delivered. Damages during shipping will be handled on our end, refund/replacement will be handled AFTER claim has been settled.
