A surface mounted brushed nickel bell push - this means that the push fits on the surface of the wall or doorframe with the movement inside the push. There is no need for a large hole behind, just a small hole for the bell wire. The centre push will complete a circuit in a wired doorbell system ( these circuits operate between 8v -24v) and the push is certified for these low voltages, independent of whether the door bell system is powered by a bell transformer or batteries.

Brushed Nickel has a softer finish than brushed chrome and is popular in modern door furniture.

These pushes can also be linked into Wired to Wirefree Extenders enabling them to be used with wireless doorbells.
