HIDDEN AGENDA:

The Wonder Wedge is a great design and great concept, but the included wedge-shaped sponge insert is too soft to do the job (for me, at least.)

I discovered you can easily remove the sponge from the wedge pocket and fill it to the exact firmness that eases your spine - with stuff you find around the house. For example, a couple of old wadded up T-shirts will show your coccyx some tough love. Other items to achieve your ideal lumbar firmness:

- Packing Peanuts

- Balloons
