All our Hand Made flags are custom made in our very own manufacturing facility, here in Essex, UK.

 The individual pieces of fabric are hand cut to MoD & Flag institute patterns and stitched together with a flat felled seam to create a strong and durable finished product.

Digitally printed our Flags are hand sewn Flags are manufactured from 110gsm Ministry of Defence approved knitted polyester flag fabric, the highest quality print fabric available for outdoor flag making.

All our Hand Made Flags are hemmed on the three exposed sides with a strong double hem fitted with our custom stitch polypropylene headband tape & eyelets as standard.
