Warranty:
We offer a 30 day warranty on all hardware issues for this refurbished system. The warranty period commences on the original purchase date.
Missing parts and/or accessories must be claimed within 7 days of receiving your order.
Buyers are responsible for shipping any malfunctioning items within the warranty period. Accidental damage is not covered and all damages caused by the end-user will void the warranty. The warranty does not cover any software issues, battery lifetime, data loss, or any unauthorized repairs and upgrades. It is recommended that you backup your files before sending your system in to get serviced.
To claim an item for warranty, please contact us through eBay to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and we will provide further instructions on what needs to be done. Any and all returns must consist all items originally included in the package, accompanied with receipt and RMA number in order to be accepted.
Return Policy:
You may claim a refund for any product not to your liking within the first 30 days of arrival.
For remorse returns, buyers are responsible for return shipping and may have up to a 20% restocking fee deducted from their refund if products are found to have signs of use, such as when a new Windows License Sticker seal is found to be scratched.
