TERMS OF SALE

Please check for any measurements on sized items in the listing to make sure they will work for you before buying. Something that says “cob” or “pony” size may vary in measurements from brand to brand. If measurements are not in the listing, please send a message.

RETURNS

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item in NEW & UNUSED condition within 30 days. It is best to return items in their original packaging. Once we receive the item you will receive a refund for the item less the shipping fee. Please open a return request through eBay before returning an item! We cannot process a refund unless a return request has been opened.

 SHIPMENT

We ship items and answer buyer questions Monday through Friday. We do offer express shipping; please contact us for details. Items shipping to Alaska or Hawaii have an additional shipping surcharge.
